  1. I was hoping someone would post recipes for essential oil blends online. I always buy DoTerra and I especially love Whisper and Serenity. So, to see these posted on your site really excite me! I would love to begin making my own blends and save on cost. Has anyone tried either of these recipes to know if they are accurate or close to the original?

  2. I lost my job in December 2014 so now it is important for me to make my own blends. I am looking for White Angelica and Harmony formula. I agree with you on Whisper and Serenity.

  3. Thank you for posting these DIY blends. I have started blending my own since I seem to have all the ingredients anyway. Way cheaper. With that being said, do you by chance have a recipe for Melrose? TIA

  6. Just found your blog in a deep research hole for beginning essential oils. Have you heard anything about or used oils from Nature's Gift? They seem to give quite a bit of info on each oil which I like but it seems a bit mom and pop that I don't know if they disclose all ingredients. I'm really trying to avoid doterra and young living.

    1. Emily, I have recently switched from doTerra to Edens Garden. They are great and much friendlier to my wallet! Edens Garden also offers free shipping on ANY order. I've never tried Nature's Gift, so I can't speak regarding their quality, etc.

  7. Has anyone tried this blend to see how it compares to Whisper? Whisper is one of my favorites and I would love to be able to reproduce it myself!

  8. In relation to Rose? I wonder if it is pure 100% absolute or diluted? 15 drops of Rose is a lot!!!

    1. It's a master blend so it will be a lot. Only use a couple drops for topical or inhaling

  9. I found this blog while searching to see if Eden's Garden had a version of doTerra's Whisper. Do they have a pre-blended version?
