FROM ANOTHER WEBSITE: R.C.™ Essential Oil Blend is a unique combination of Cypress, Spruce, and three types of Eucalyptus (E. globulus, E. radiata, and E. citriodora) oils, and includes the naturally occurring constituent limonene. Rub R.C. on your feet or chest before exercise to uplift and inspire, or massage three drops on your feet before bedtime to encourage an atmosphere of comfort.
R.C. stands for Respiratory Congestion, since that is the primary use of this oil. Since this is based off the Young Living blend, there should be some edits to the above recipe: Eucalyptus citrodonis should be Eucalyptus citriodora (Lemon Eucalyptus is the common name), and Ponderosa pine should be Pine (Pinus sylvestris).
I did make this and found that it is ver close I made one change to it and its smell and seams to work the same. I added more eucalyptus Citriodora so that would make it 20 drops of that and thats the only change!! Im sure its going to be different with different oil companies but I'm using Rocky Mountain oils!! hope this helps.
only one change that I made and its the same I added 20 drops of eucalyptus Citriodore so ten more then it calls for. I'm also using Rocky mountain oils!! good luck all.

Has anyone made this recipe? Is it similar to RC? I'm looking to make my own considering the cost of YL.
